how to download After your payment has come through you will be redirected to my website and there should be a list of all the items you ordered – you can click on the product title to download it to your computer/phone. There will also be a confirmation email after I mark your order as complete (please allow me up to three days for that) where you can download your items too.

returns & exchanges
This shop does not accept returns or exchanges, except when damaged or lost in the mail.
If your order has not arrived 30 days (60 days during Covid) after the purchase please contact me per email & if your order was damaged in the mail, please attach a photo of the product to the email*.
If your refund was approved, you will receive your money back to your original method of payment within 14 workdays. At this time, I cannot offer you a replacement of the product.
*Customized and digital products as-well as items that were on sale are exempt from being refunded at all.
